Just moved into a house in north west New Jersey, first summer in the new house and noticed we have quite a few plants growing berries around the property. These are the 2 types we found, is one a wineberry and one a wild blackberry?

Google reverse image says wine berry or salmon berry, but never take advice from the internet if something is edible
First ones look like wine berry? Idk but the second ones are definitely blackberry.
Yeah, the first one looks like wineberry (Rubus phoenicolasius). Like all Rubus species, it has edible fruit, but it’s non-native and it’s recommended you remove them. Your state may want them reported too. The second is also a Rubus. Looks like a blackberry of some kind. Probably Allegheny blackberry (Rubus allegheniensis), not that it matters much.
I just found several of the first plant on my property today. I know for a fact they’ve never been here before, and I’ve never seen them. I meant to take a pic to post and ask, but I forgot.
