I live on a lake, so I’ve been picking some loose plants that float to the dock to put in the bowl. Started out as just a piece of wood with the circular plants and the tall plants (idk plant names yet) attached 🙂 now there are so many snails and even a worm hiding in there!

You should add some dirt from the lake! It probably contains many beneficial bacteria, and gives some creatures (especially that worm) a place to hide
