  1. Loving the extra video each week. I hope your extra work pays off and your channel continues to grow. Keep sharing your knowledge. This video I really appreciated the zinnia pruning information. I had heard that I should prune them but I didn't know how.

  2. I have to agree with the others I never thought to top Zinnias thank you! I love all your volunteers in your chicken run. It's like free veggie plants! Loved seeing your garlic. Thank you for an extra video this week. Really enjoyed it.

  3. Wow! I've never heard of radish pods before! Something I would like to try! And good idea for the comfrey leaves! Thanks!

  4. Thank you, Jessica, for sharing your really lovely garden! I noticed that you had a daylily, (hemerocalis) flowering in it's brilliant orange. Here in Chile they do very well, and my sisters and inherited my mother's corms, which keep on multiplying.
And I love to see you expressing great joy!

  5. What a treat this video is! I’ve been watching your channel for years and finally have land and started my first garden this year! I have loofah gourd growing I have grown from seed and I’m eagerly waiting for it to flower!

I had bought bush bean seeds from azure standard and I cannot believe how well they do being directly sewn in any bed I have! They add so much nitrogen as well! Needless to say I have wound up using the whole packet in every free space I could find much like you 😂

Thank you for all your inspiring and informational videos, it is clear the joy you have when you are in your garden connecting with nature and growing food for your beautiful family 🤍

  6. Love your garden and how you reuse. Like the leaves for moisture control. You use what you have on hand, which is more relatable to people that do not have piles of money to splash around making unnecessary fancy gardens. The point to growing is to provide for your family and as you say ‘Fill bellies’ .

  7. Thanks for the zinnia tip, I had no idea! No wonder mine get very tall but only have one flower 😂

  8. Jessica, your raised beds are doing beautifully. I love the randomness of the squash and tomatoes in the old chicken run. Thanks for another great video. ❤

  9. Thank you for the tip on pruning the stem on the zinnias. I already do that with my peppers but didn't realize that trick works for bushier zinnias. ❤

  10. Garden looks absolutely beautiful. Never knew about the radish pods. Will definitely do this from now on. Going to go take care of my comfrey now.

  11. Love how much you enjoy being in the garden! Same here! Just a thought about Scarlet butter beans… Pick the pods pretty early. The pods get tougher than any other bran I’ve grown if left on to full size. Also, I was just reading about some potato research from the University of Minnesota. I’m going potatoes for the second time this year and my potatoes are flowering. The research showed that yields are improved. If you completely remove the flowers and I’m sure that makes sense to you as a seasoned gardener. So I’m gonna go pick all my potato flowers today.

  12. Love your videos as I love gardening and can’t now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️💙💚🥰🤗

  13. Nice! I'm learning so much from you. Some things I've never heard before and some are reminders.
I've never seen or heard of a toothache plant. Thanks for sharing.💖💖

  14. Thankyou for another informative video. Im looking into growing some comfrey as my soil is lacking in nitrogen. Happy gardening everyone.

  15. You go beauty queen love the wave. I completely agree chicken compost is what I use in my garden it's wonderful. Thanks for the trick on the zinnia I didn't know that mine are tall with one flower. Garden is absolutely beautiful.

  16. Thanks for another amazing video. I have learned a lot from your gardening videos. I really enjoy the unique things you do, like the elder flower and clover jam that you made!!!

  17. This year sprouted some of my seeds on wet paper towels in baggies & set on warming mat as my starts were in the garden. Wow! Ready to plant is 36-48 hrs & some sprouted out of ground 24 hrs after planting! Game changer!

  18. Miss Jessica, you truly are the Beauty Queen of the Garden, your homestead, and your family!! Thank you for another fine video showing us more tricks for growing great veggies.

  19. Beautiful garden!! Haven't had a chance to read through other comments, but be careful with the toothache plant. Once it is in the garden it spreads like mint. It took me a bit to clear it out. Still neat little herb😊

  20. After having all those children you look beautiful. Love you videos and having family involved. Very educational and helpful. Blessings.

  21. Thank you Jessica on the tip about Zenas, I still have no flowers yet but they are getting tall! I will go prune now! I so treasure all your videos!

  22. It seems all seed packets have way less seeds in them…..yet the price is the same or more…..just crazy. I guess we will all have to try and save our own seeds for future planting.
