  2. Thats my biggest complaint with the bagged soil now in my area 8b. More expensive, more wood chunks, less soil. Not sure why companies are cutting on quality. I feel like coco coir and compost might be better.

  3. You are very near my neck of the woods (Mississippi). I already have three raised garden beds, but I would like to expand my garden. Who needs grass to mow! LOL! It is a challenge in the south to keep everything going in the garden especially with the extreme heat we have been experiencing. The garden beds look great and inspire me to build more. Thanks for your informative videos. This is the first year ever that I have successfully grown tomatoes. It makes me very happy to slice a tomato that I have nurtured and grown in my own backyard.

  4. The kellogg batch from last year was horrible!!! The compost inside was not fully composted and i was too new to realize. Everything failed lol. Im still having to rebuild those beds of soil a year later. My bed i made of black kow, peat moss and top soil is doing great and was way cheaper. More work but much better result and cheaper.

  5. Hello Gary Thank you for another great video. I've been meaning to ask you, what do you think about the "Jadam" liquid fertilizer and other Jadam methods? I watched a few videos on it and those folks will say you don't need to buy synthetic ferts, because the plants will then require them more . have you fermented any weeds in water to use as a fert?

  6. I’m in Southern California and I’ve noticed the same thing, the soil options are all sooo full of woody materials.

  7. I found some ttop soil that even hard wood chips in it honestly it really didnt look bad all I bougnt it for was holes in yard. Maybe they were transutiinung from two products.

  8. I’m in Nashville visiting my son too! He lives in an apartment with a tiny deck that gets lots of sunshine. It would be a great spot for some tomatoes. But, he’s not quite into gardening yet…

  9. Hi Gary thanks again for the video, don't forget about landscape supply stores, in ohio they sell a super soil mix that's pretty nice, earth, peat p, sand, composte. It's really nice
