1:00:25 #Quah question #1 – What can I do to feel my chest more than my front delts during incline benches?
1:04:13 #Quah question #2 – What should I do if I want to train hard, but still be healthy hormonally and have a healthy menstrual cycle?
1:08:56 #Quah question #3 – What are the best lifts when introducing younger kids to lifting? My 8- and 7-year-olds have begun to workout with me in the garage. I have started with weighted step ups, dumbbell rows, dumbbell chest & shoulder presses but was not sure if there are more appropriate exercises.
1:11:39 #Quah question #4 – What should you do in Anabolic if your hip flexors are hurting while doing sit ups?

  1. I'm glad you made this video, but what are some alternative protein options that are cheap and quick for someone who works different hours

  2. You guys crack me up! How you jump from one subject to another is just the best – while still giving some solid advice I must add.

  3. Another great one guys. Always find valuable information in your podcasts. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

  4. I have some cool pictures from our running group (we run in any weather) from a “feels-like” -40 degrees run one morning.

  5. Started watching this podcast for the past few months to improve health, stayed because I'm learning father/parenting wisdom/tricks

  6. No way could eating lean protein and then sugary junk could be better than just having that lean protein and NO sugary crap.

  7. Live fruit ninja 😂with a real samurai sword! That would be epic! I know the facts but I find it really challenging to eat protein first thing in the morning besides eggs and bacon or sausage. Also if you guys had a city people would pay a lot to live there!

  8. I've been big my entire life, and my calves are too big, is it possible to shrink my calves ? I grew up on a big hill and walked up it everyday on my tip toes so they were and are too big. My calves are the siE of a normal person's head

  9. Adam “protein first kids “ just having reinforcing conversation w/ my 6yo daughter about prioritizing protein – then bam 💥 “ perfect timing
“Protein first kids”! She rolled her eyes at me ! 😂 She loves her magic spoon and keto bricks for snacks .

  10. Tesla was one of two scientists to discover the rotating magnetic field. With this discovery, scientists were able to develop the modern MRI from the late 1930s to 1970s, with the first MRI test occurring in 1977. So, Nikola Tesla didn't actually create the MRI, so why are there Tesla

  11. How many more protein headlines do you need to do before you guys take carnivore more seriously? Many respectable doctors to interview on this. Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Anthony Chaffee top of my list. Stop beating around the bush and help save everyone else time. I've already lost weight more than twice as fast on carnivore compared to basic whole food paleo.

  12. It's almost always better when they have guests over who actually know what the phuck they are talking about and NOT bendingover backwards to sound/seem cool/knowledgable! ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  13. Catalina Crunch is the best high-protein cereal I've had. Super good, and it's vegan, too. Expensive, though.

  14. Authentic and human, only y'all can talk about MRI and sex toys in one sentence. Keep up the real commentary, y'all are definitely the leaders in the fitness podcast market.

  15. Hearing that protein before sugar is healthiest is one of those, "Huh, how interesting," moments followed quickly by the realization that our culture has, for at least hundreds of years (if not longer, I'm not sure), institutionalized sweet desert as a meal course that happens only after the main course.

  16. Feel like jogging in place and Wim Hof breathing would’ve saved the Arby’s Freezer incident. It would only be 12 hours or so since they close at what? 9 open at 9 or 10? But Wim Hof runs shirtless in Antarctica. And has swam 50m in ice water up there (down there)

  17. My dad still eats grape nuts to this day 😂 for the dairy cow I bet it deals with oxytocin, they get the feel good hormone when they hear their name. Where I live in Texas , you can go to different public schools. You have to pay , but it's not expensive. It's not like private school tuitions.

  18. Not sure if you'll see it or if someone has said it. Titanium isn't magnetic. Most implants are Titanium. My knees, shoulder screws and mesh under my eye is and I've had many mri's

  19. Buying a neighborhood and filling it up with your friends and family is one of the worst things you can actually do. Sure, the concept sounds like it has great appeal. But take it from someone who has a HUGE family with frequent gatherings- drama will eventually ensue. What do you do if someone likes to listen to their music loud that the entire neighborhood can hear? What do you do if someone often has friends over that seem of questionable character? What do you do if someone lives like a slob and doesn't care for their home's maintenance + upkeep? What do you do if two or more individuals start having issues with one another? The list goes on and on and on.

Again, it's an appealing sounding concept. But just not one that is as charming as you think.

  20. I remember being 12 years old at a concert in Omaha and seeing the four guys on stage playing their instruments and rocking out. They had long hair and rocked the mid-west look. Seeing them bounce about while 30+ years older than me made me wonder what I would be like as an adult, such as whether I would be in good shape, be really manly, have long hair, etc.

I think my 12-year-old self would be pretty happy with who I've become. Probably happier than my current 34-year-old self about who I've become. I'm very happy with who I am and what I've accomplished (in a good place and having started an incredible family while maintaining my athleticism and youthful creativity!), but there's still so many ways in which I feel I've fallen behind and have yet to accomplish what I should have already.

Which also makes me wonder if I could see my 56-year-old self, would I be happy about what I will become? I sure hope so!
