  1. The more I watch your videos the more I want to play in my front garden popping in new plants. Unfortunately the plants need to be deer resistant because we have nightly muncher guests.

  2. We are in Columbus and I had several plants that didn’t survive. I think the negative temps in December did them in because in January on it’s been spring

  3. Question! Have you noticed your incredibles have a fragrance? Mine smell similar to Sara Bernhardt peony. They smell wonderful, the bees are all over them. I have a drift of them by my front door. I haven’t see anyone else mention the fragrance.

  4. Matthew, your garden is wonderful! I always watch your videos and love your content!!! I grow a lot hydrangeas too here in 7a Richmond Virginia. Love them…my most recent acquire is Miss Saori hydrangea….oh my goodness I love them!!! I have been a trying to get them for five years and finally got them last year! I have about 50 varieties of hydrangeas 🌺 Thank you again Matthew!!!! 😊

  5. Your yard is stunning. I could sit out there for hours just looking at the beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees.

  6. I planted my little 2 gal Invincibelle Spirit II in 2021 facing directly south. It did amazing in 2022 as by early June it was on drip. It's about 4' tall and wide and very full this year – I cut it back by about a third and should probably have cut more off. It's in full bloom now. I'm close to your zone near Niagara Falls, Canada so I think lots of sun and regular watering is the trick. Can you leave it for another year and see what happens?

  7. I noticed your Zinfin Doll has tiny holes in the leaves. I’m getting that also and can’t figure out what it is. Do you know?

  8. Good morning, Love love love your garden. I never hear about ordering PW plant through Amazon. Thank you for the info 🙂

  9. If you have clay soil, adding Gypsum powder and using a pitchfork, will help break down the clay.
I used this approach for a massive fishtail fern.
The soil was rubbish, pure clay…..so I used Gypsum and compost, left it for 2 months, then dug a larger hole, added a bag or 2 of garden mix and today its just thriving.
Ive since added some clivias, bromeliads and mini lomandra grasses.
And a kowhai tree from seed.
It's a dry shade based garden and different from the other parts of my garden.
    Jo.😊

  10. I’m local to you and have 3 Incrediballs in full sun. They do quite well but I do have them on drip with extra emitters.

  11. Your garden looks incredible Matthew! I have an obsession with hydrangeas and just planted 3 of the new PW Puffer Fish Hydrangea yesterday and I think they might be my new favorite. 🥰

  12. I am an old Sourhern girl trying to garden in the bug infested sauna of the south northwest Florida. I love watching you and your beautiful garden. You really make me want to step up my shrub game. I love hydrangeas but the heat and humidity here kick us both.

  13. Hi Matthew! Your hydrangeas are so beautiful! I love seeing them. The rest of your gardens are looking really good, too. Thank you so much for sharing!

  14. 150 !!! Love it 😁😁😁
I picked up a limelight and bobo on clearance at end of summer last year…looks like they made it 😉
Will be following yours to compare bloom time, size etc… thanks for sharing 😊
