Here’s a quick update on the driveway planting project, including the addition of a special new Japanese Maple tree! ICYMI, here’s the last video in my driveway garden tour: https://youtu.be/TU73JZscBdc But if you’re here just for the star of this video, the gorgeous Pink Lace Japanese Maple, you can jump in here: 07:19

We’re going to check back in on some existing plantings and I’ll also show y’all some new ones:
Oak Leaf Hydrangea
Acer Palmatum Winter Orange
Zinfin Doll Hydrangea
Tea Olive
Sand Cherry
Dwarf Ginkgo
Crepe Myrtle
Ginkgo Biloba (beautiful fall color!)
Beauty Berry
Bottlebrush plant
Sweet Potato vine
Gardenias
Confederate Rose
Acer Palmatum Octopus

And without further ado… you gotta take a walk on the wild side with this beautiful Japanese maple! This relatively petite, heavily-weeping tree is perfect for any space around your home or garden. Its soft pink hue is just stunning. There’s a reason why Japanese maples are some of the most popular trees in the world (and also my favorite) – their beauty is just unmatched. Can’t wait to see how this one adds to our collection of new plantings!

Please be sure to subscribe so you can follow along as the driveway planting project develops, and you can also watch the progress of this beautiful ‘Pink Lace’ Japanese Maple!
