#autumn #fall #photography
Rob and Jerry Autumn adventure began on day 1 with a near miss of a huge branch the size of Treebeards left foot nearly hitting us when a hurricane category 5 came through the early mornings as I was taking some footage… Fortunately we survived and where able to take all these epic photos…

I am exhausted… took me so long to edit all these. Sorry about the 26 minute video… Im sure you all made it to the end.

Breenhold is a great garden in Mt Wilson in the Blue Mountains of NSW. It’s about 2 hours away from me, but I thought I would stay 2 nights… (ended up staying 1 night as I missed my bed and Jerry wasn’t happy sleeping in a strange place)… Anyway these are my photos… I waffled on an bit about cameras, but Jerry is a good listener and has a nose for photography and truffles… but not mushrooms… Now I know why Mario is always jumping around…

I edited all these in Lumianr Neo… I think 1 was with Luminar 4 and one might have been with PhotoLab 5… If you end up buying Luminar don’t pay full price, look around for a deal and use my coupon also for 10% off

  1. The kangaroo signs remind me of our watch out for bears signs. We have bears living right in the heart of our cities where you have to be careful not to scare them at night if you're taking trash out.

  2. excellent video as always Roberto. among my many too many cameras i have the Canon R6, awesome camera to say the least, seriously though i wouldnt get hung up on megapixels, i used to but not no more, i love my EM1 mkIII, EM10 mkII & my GH5M2, my FF cameras 5D mkIII & R6 are sitting in camera bags for some time now. Will look forward to seeing what you get, If i had the money deffo would be the OM1 for sure, i love the M43 weight.

  3. Thanks for another entertaining video Rob! It’s great to hang out with you and Jerry once again! To me it is feels like we are friends!😄 A little food for your camera-decision-thoughts – I own too many cameras – ff (Nikon, Sony, Lumix and Pentax) apsc (Fuji) and m43 (Olympus and Lumix) wishing I could lend you all of them to try to help you decide, but I live in the complete opposite of the world so it is a little bit tricky… My experience is very simple: after the initial hype subsides when I get a new the camera I most often choose is the one that makes everything simple and good enough – Olympus! (One thing I really appreciate with the low-res Olympus finder is its true to nature color rendition!) Keep up your good work! You are a True Artist!

  4. Very nice video. Wow , you have autumn, here in Finland, summer is starting. Garden looks amazing. Picture with Jerry and yellow leaf was great. .Give my best regards to Jerry.

  5. I thoroughly enjoyed that Roberto. You took some superb pictures, the colours were great.
I'm pleased to see that I'm not alone in not travelling light. The number of times that I've thought "I'll take all of these as well, just in case" – and then not used any of it.

  6. Autumn brings out all the beautiful colours and you captured them really well. Lucky the wind didn’t blow you two back to Sydney and beyond lol. Go for the Sony I reckon. Canon lenses are so limited

  7. All the photos are wonderfully composed and really pleasing to the eye. The yellow trees are glorious and all the colours really do pop. In fact Jerry seems to match that environment with her colouring lol Its great dogs are allowed there. Well worth the visit

  8. Lol my google voice assistant is Australian, and yours is American. Jerry is such a good model. Malcolm is a little turd when I try to take photos of him outside. I found the pug at 12:11. I love my a7IV, and the option for third party lenses is huge for me.

  9. I picked up a second hand Sony A7 back in 2018 and I still only have the 28-70 lens to go with it and some e mount aps c lenses from my a 6000. The main reason I've kept it is so I can use my old OM Zuiko lenses. It is certainly different to my EM1 cameras in many ways, and you can't go past the ergonomics of the OMD….or the E1 for that matter. The main difference for me is the overall difference in the look of the photos from the different sensors and processing .The ability to use adaptors and old lenses on the A7 without the crop factor coming into it is good…a 24mm is a 24mm, putting an old 24mm on a m4/3 is pointless to me and even though I have adapters to suit the OMD I'd rather have the modern tech lenses that are truly matched. I wonder how many new lenses you'll end up buying if you do go for a full frame model? As always your video…..and Jerry…… are very entertaining!
