  1. Hey Kim, I’m stealing your meatloaf recipe. Looks really good. Something I have previously done to my meatloaf is to cover it with Pillsbury croissant dough for the last 10 minutes of baking

  2. Everytime you've said "mise en place" I didnt really know what it meant. Well today was the today i finally looked it up. Had no idea how to spell it, but finally came to right conclusion. It means to gather all things needed for a recipe origined in France. The more you know 😅

  8. To make your life easier, use your food processor to slice the brussel sprouts. Meatloaf looks delicious.

  9. I don't even cook,live in retirement community where meals are provided. I watch because , she is soooo crazy, she cooks like l used to cook…..and l find myself just laughing at her silliness. VERY ENTERTAINING.

  10. A tip on shaving the Brussels sprouts. Don’t cut from the stem end. Hold it on that end and slice it from the top side. You are less likely cut your finger if you are holding onto the stem as a handle. Food looked great! I need to start using my GFG. I always forget about it.

  11. I do meatball with marinara saucel Monday in the crockpot. We usually have them as subs with mozzarella but not every Monday.

  12. Not sure if you have one but if you have a 4 litre measuring cup (the big Pyrex one) put your zip lock bag in that and dump your stuff in! No spills ❤

  13. I love tamale pie. My mom always made it and then now I do. Couple different things that I do I don’t use enchilada sauce I just put tomato sauce in it and I put a small can of tomatoes in it too. I do use the taco seasoning I don’t put beans in it, but I do put corn, and then of course add more chili powder to it. To thicken a little bit a quarter cup of cornmeal and then of course the cornbread on top. Yeah I need to make some. This recipe looks good too though.

  16. I you add some tomato juice or even broth maybe to the "taco" mixture in the pot it would be like a taco soup I make. Soooooo good! LOVE your channel, thanks for putting so much happy in our days!
