Huw Richards: You can harvest this crop every week for 2-3 years! #shorts
This type of tree cabbage not only produces a huge number of leaves over 2-3 years, but it’s also one of the best-tasting cabbages I’ve tried! Asturian Tree Cabbage, seeds from https://www.realseeds.co.uk/
IS this a cruciferous vegetable like other cabbages? If so, cruciferous vegetables detoxify the body, are ant-cancer and if chewed (as opposed to blended into a smooth liquid) will help prevent dementia. Also all organic vegetables and fruits produce salvestrols which protect themselves from fungi. It also protects humans against cancer.
In Portugal we have a traditional variety, couve Galega, this seems just like it. In 3 years it can grow 3 mt and theres stories that they can last 20 years and i ve seen one besides a house and the owner would harvest the leafs in the 2 floor balcony

It would be helpful to also include the name of the Cabbage type in the title, it's a little difficult to understand accents sometimes.
What does it taste like?
This is SUCH a hard seed to find here in the US. We can't seem to get it shipped from the UK. 🙁
Seems to be called Jersey Kale in North America. Is this the same plant?
Can you tell me where to find these seeds? I’ve looked a few places n no luck. PS LOVE u n ur channel….u inspire me so much
Brilliantly informative.
What does it taste like though? Anything like stem broccoli or is it more like spring cabbage?
Seeds are all sold out in my region 😢
Appears to be hard to get in the US. Bummer!
Sorry Huw. Did you see "Australian" tree cabbage? Thats what is coming up on captions. I like the accent but some words get a little lost
