  1. I love every one of your videos, you accomplish sooooo much! I definately would like to see a video with your calendula harvest and preservation….salve making etc. Also love your garden hat. Where did you get it? I need one like that 😉 Thank you Jessica for taking the time to video your sweet kidos and so much of what you do, your are an inspiration! May God continue to Bless you and your family so abundantly.

  2. Whether hilling your potatoes or not is worth it would be based on if your potatoes are determinant or indeterminant.

  3. Raised beds are great doe determinate potatoes so you might have planted the correct type. Interminate require hilling. I love your gardens, you do so well. You could try some beneficial companion plants such as marigolds, marjoram (this is the best herb to plant with almost everything), okra and nasturtiums. I let my marigold go to seed then transplant them everywhere. You can grow radish, carrots, dill, chives, tomatoes, oregano in with your peppers, and most of these with your tomatoes.

  4. Thanks for giving us a look at your garden. I love the raised beds and the variety of things you grow in them. You have such a wonderful, sweet way of sharing things with us. May God bless you and yours.

  5. the garden is spectacular. It feeds your family and gives you joy, so it has some weeds here and there and not perfect rows. It is a blessing.

  6. Terrific tour!! Your garden is coming along beautifully. Will pray you have rain soon. God Bless.

  7. Jessica try some shade cloth and netting for your peas and other crops that you don't want the bugs to eat.

  8. Hi Jessica, thank you so much for your videos I enjoy all of your content. It would be interesting to see what you make with the calendula flowers.

  9. I haven't read all the comments but I think that your garlic is looking the way it is because it's just about ready to harvest. That's normal looking garlic for this time of year.

  10. Didn't get to watch you till today. Hope you all survived the storm real well and didn't have any damage

  11. Ooh, I would love to learn what to do with calendula! I put out in my garden for its bug repelling talents but finding other ways to use it would be great. Same with comfrey

  12. I hope you all are safe after hearing about the tornado's. I look forward to your next video. ❤

  13. Do you have asps in Ohio? If so, how do you manage them? This is our first year growing sunflowers and I’ve seen several asps on them. Would not want my baby getting stung while he plays in the garden.

  14. Wow I don’t know where you find the energy, your garden is great, my garden is smaller now that we are retired but it produces a lot and so does my greenhouse, I love your garden. Thanks Jessica 🌷🇨🇦

  15. I use buckets to grow tomatoes also, our growing season is so short (105 days) it is easier to start them in the garage and put them out after the last frost in mid-June.

  16. Looking great! I just finished putting mine in this past Wednesday…so interesting how things go.

  17. We will be moving to our homestead next year hopefully! I was entertaining the idea of purchasing a Greenstalk to start my medicinal herbs 🌿 thinking I could keep on our covered and screened patio and move outside as necessary. Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts?

  18. Great garden tour and informative. I’m just getting into growing and the more successful I am the more beds I’m adding, 😅addictive. Just ordered 2 more raised beds, loving being outdoors and seeing everything grow. However I’m a novice so your experience is invaluable to me. Thank you

  19. Your garden looks so beautiful. Good job!
We got started late again this year, but we got it almost all in. The only thing we have been able to harvest yet is green onions and garlic chives. But we have a lot popping up, and it’s so satisfying to see all the green!
We got the fence weeding done this week. Hard, hard work, but so satisfying and beautiful when all done.

  20. I'm in florida, and I garden in raised beds and containers. I find that if I mulch the beds and containers my moisture and soil health maintains and plants are happier.
