…I’ve been told this method works like a charm but am testing is in the PNW humidity with truly fresh berries. Will share how it goes – any experience with this?
I’m not familiar with this method, but my first thought is that it seems like it would increase humidity/moisture, and they’d go bad even more quickly. I assume something about the mason jar method is supposed to do exactly the opposite of that, but that’s my initial thought.
