– Benefits of Living in a Small House
Living in a small house has many advantages. Here are some of the main benefits of living in a small space:
1. Cost savings – Smaller homes are typically more affordable, both in terms of purchase price and upkeep.
2. Less clutter – Having less space forces you to be more organized and get rid of things that you don’t need.
3. More efficient use of energy – Smaller homes require less energy to heat and cool than larger homes.
4. Stress reduction – A smaller home means fewer things to worry about, such as maintenance and repairs.
5. More time – A smaller home is easier to clean, giving you more time to do other things.
6. Easy to relocate – If you need to move, a smaller house will be easier to move than a larger one.

Glass ceiling in kitchen NOT a good idea at all!
Truly unique home with an extraordinary connection with the great outdoors at every turn! A work of art…….congratulations!
Who wants to live in a Greenhouse? The high cost of energy and global warming is not cost effective. All the rooms have fixed windows that don't open. Bedrooms have to be able to be able to get out in case of emergency.
I like the laundry room. I do not like the metal works on top. Overall ever nice.
If you love this idea.

I LOVE the glass ceiling. I think it would be really cool if you brought the glass ceiling down connected into like a wall of windows in the kitchen. That would be beautiful in the snow.
Absolutely brilliant! Love everything about this home! Another home run!👏👏👏👍👊😊❤️
I would need more storage and another bathroom.
Where's the refrigerator
Sublime concept !!! J'adore 💕 totalement !!!💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
I would like tinted glass so that I could see out, but no one could see in. I’d need a half bath. Overall it’s nice.
So many "details" that I would like to discuss. So much tweaking. No way on the windowless bathroom and the decor is way too busy, yet bravo on the overall design.
Amazing house! It is bringing the outside in. Would be so nice to have this house near a crisp cool lake or near mountains. I love the colors of the kitchen, the lovely bathroom and the super spacious laundry room
I’m not a fan of eat-in kitchens, but for that glass roof, I’d make an exception. If we could carve out a tiny ensuite bathroom…? This design lends itself to great outdoor living as well!
too much-wasted wall and window space
You lost me at the useless kitchen. Is that supposed to be a refrigerator for a two bedroom home? I have a larger refrigerator in my RV. Take that wall out and include that space with the stupid outside dining table and add the other half of the kitchen! And I guess these people are really progressive. They don't watch TV. Their only heat is the little unit in the corner of the living room. They live somewhere where they never need AC. They don't have anything to store, or they probably store things in their parents house on the front of the property…
Here are the OTHER basics, that is NICE to have in a home:
Foyer closet
Wall for a TV/entertainment center
Ample cabinet space in kitchen
A real refrigerator
Dishwasher
Full size oven
Room for a dresser in at least the
Master, and a chair
A place for toys in second bedroom
AC and heating
A place for towels and linens
Room for a table in the kitchen…
Where do you buy it. Requirements and cost????
I love most of this design. And I love the living room off a little from the rest of the home. It feels really cozy. Although where is the 'front door'? and not loving all that space in living room taken up by the sliding doors. Otherwise, I'm loving the functional, but not crowded, feel of the rest of the home. The bathroom could be a little bit bigger with some storage space, but that could easily happen by taking a little space out of the laundry room (you could take out the sink area). I will warn you, being that I have a skylight (not as big as in this design) you will get some UV damage from the sun on the exposed areas, which would make me unhappy. Also the bath needs a window or something, as with the dark paint, it will be like a cave and distort skin tones etc. But this little place is adorable. Although many of us don't live in a benign weather environment, so the outdoors use would be useless most of the year. And you definitely need more storage for the home, for towels and linens, etc. But quite cute and practical.
