A kitchen comparison! Yes!! Am looking to have a new kitchen but not sure which company. So this will help to make an informed decision. 😊😊😊
I'm surprised that you have left that front bedroom (old Master) without an en-suite, when the back bedroom with the en-suite is so much smaller. Can you not move the dividing wall further into the old Master to make the back bedroom larger, or even put an en-suite into the front bedroom? or do you have plans to build over the single garage on some point?
Looking great Nick! I'm always waiting for the next video and I always makes my day when you upload. Can't wait for the next update.
Be a shame to get rid of any of those lovely Roses. Perhaps use the digger to scoop well underneath and move them etc. Best time to Prune Roses is Jan/Feb imo
Did you ever get compensated by that dreadful fence company a while back Nik? I hope the house build goes well… Albeit I am concerned you will have a lot of walls and the chimney stacks gone…, hope it doesn't unsettle the house.🤔🙏.
Great news that you got the planning permission. Kitchen comparison video will be interesting.
for the amount of work you've done and doing, not easier knocking that house down and build from scratch? are you not doing a loft conversion?
Nick, I’m so happy to see you get the permits granted so you can move ahead. I’m following you from the states and can’t wait to see the finished project.
I’m so happy for you to get all the planning permits Nick.
I’m very excited to follow all the work, it’s going to be a beautiful home, you must be so proud for this ❤
The garden will look amazing too, are you planning on doing it yourself or get landscapers in?
Take care x
This is amazing what area is this?! I really need to move out of London 😢
Hi Nick, you have an exciting project there looking forward to future updates. BTW make sure you dig up those rose bushes and replant them if not, if you’re getting rid, I’ll put them to good use😉
Lovely purchase, with loads of options. Was this from auction? So much to do you should cherry pick what's best for you to do yourself. Obviously you'll use DIY Kitchens, and any new stairs – Stairbox. Kichens, stairs and windows are where the highest markups are. You'll do 100k on this easy😊
Nice update. Are you planning an exterior work?
Congratulations on your successful permit – am so happy for you Nick. Have now subscribed and can't wait to see the next episode. You have a fantastic garden there too – both front and back gardens are lovely spaces. Wishing you and the family lots of joy and success here.
Hi Nick , really look for to The kitchen comparison video as my sisters , just got her first home. 🏠. It pretty needs a new everything bathroom and new kitchen because it’s has been left for a couple of years., this will be a big help to Get your feedback on the kitchens , We are look at DIY kitchens as it helps that they’re already built up to make easy for us . we have so mush to do, Thanks Jensen
Can't wait to see your kitchen comparisons, im after a new one. Your garden is huge xx
Hello! My mum is a big fan of your channel and wanted me to ask you if you have any tips for removing ceiling tiles for a property she’s renovating soon? 😊
Looking good Nick, Happy that your planning permission went through, can't wait to see your progress, exciting times ahead for you and your family
Word of warning nick. I did something similar with a pond in my back garden. rubble and then cover with top soil etc. Just bear in mind for me, that area of lawn is always a different colour. Its never green like the rest of the lawn because the drainage is always better on that area and the lawn therefore doesn't get as much water. just have a think on about it. we will have to revisit our issue to fix it
Looks like its going to be a really brilliant build…I would love that Garden.
Looking great, instead of using skips have you thought about using grab aways? dump all the waste/rubble etc at the front section where the current skip is, so the grab can easily access and takeaway. Lots of cost savings doing it this way.
