Everybody knows and loves garlic. But did you know that there’s more you can harvest in a garlic plant than just the bulb?

I don’t know if there’s a Portuguese word for “garlic scape“, but I would translate it as delicious. Great in stir-fries, grilled or turned into a pesto, garlic scapes shouldn’t be ignored!
