  1. Hope you enjoy this full garden tour! These are getting harder to film with my ever-extending gardens ๐Ÿ˜‚ I have also added some info to the video description if you are looking for more info on my climate and garden style ๐ŸŒฑ

  2. Holly, those feijoas I was licking my lips when I saw all those feijoas you harvested it ๐Ÿฅน Iโ€™m crossing my fingers I get my first feijoas next season

  3. Your garden is so Abundant! That lemonade lemon tree was absolutely stunning! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‹

  4. Holly, do you fertilise your feijoas and if so, what with? I'm wondering because mine are about the same age and size, also seedling types, and although the fruit are fairly plentiful this year they are quite small (not like yours). ๐Ÿ˜

  5. Really enjoyed your tour. Try to give the guava more time and let them yellow a bit, then enjoy the softer fruit.
    Respect from Africa ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

  6. Great looking garden. But sometimes theres so much long talking going on. Keeping conversation short and showing your garden more would be great.

  7. Hi Holly
love your garden. I am a new gardener at Perth. Can you please give information about soil preparation for vegetables in Perth . Thank you.

  8. Holly how do ypu control the fruit fly I find it a very big problem with all my fruit here in perth.

  9. Iโ€™ve got such a long way to go to get my back yard to this level! Iโ€™ve got a really large space to work with- itโ€™s got itโ€™s pros and cons ๐Ÿ˜

  10. NAH, only one plant? Take some intermittent pavers out and plant several more passionfruit; overall more productive and massively more pollinator friendly. The growth out from the fence will only be marginally more than a single plant,

At the house I used to own for 25+ years, many years ago I planted "Mexican Corriander" (from school fete); it grew vigourously, flowered and died. Each year, between the cracks of the brick paving, Mexican Corriander "volunteered" with "extreme perjudice". Walking out the frontwithout shoes was a "Very Bad Idea", but F! it smelt so amazing ~ I did try to transplant some of them. but apparently where the volunteered each year was the best place for them.

Consider removing a random paver /pavers (you could remove a larger area of pavers and use various civil engineering sub-soil structures to suppor the surface and plants (PM me if you are interested & I can send some product links)) and planting a range or ground covers, herbs,… even works with pumpkins (semis regular driving over them prunes the and confinds their agrressive invassiveness to a limited area…. garden management with na SUV ๐Ÿ˜

Do you grow Pormallow? Most amazing citris for salad dressings!

  11. I planted Rosella a couple of years ago and they went really well but man did they attract the flies.

  12. Slugs are ferocious here in Rockingham this season. Iโ€™ve found feijoia & strawberry guava at Bunnings in the past.

  13. Absolutely love this Holly. Where do you purchase most of your guava and citrus trees from? Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Garden is looking great and loved the tour thx! Love all the varieties, exotic fruits yum! Canโ€™t wait for the pond and other new projects to come ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŠ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿซ›๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿง„๐Ÿง…๐Ÿ ๐Ÿชด๐ŸŒฑ Oh and hi Tama ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿถ (sry if I spelt his name wrong)

  15. hi, your swiss chard look absolutely phenomenal! what do you use to get rid of pests/aphids . I really want my swiss chard to look like that but they got destroyed by leaf miners and such. looking for organic ways.

  16. How exciting to finally get a feijoa harvest!
We have planted about 12 feijoa bushes on our property and are looking forward to getting a lovely large harvest one day.
Itโ€™s one of the things we miss the most from NZ.
    Cheers Deb & Dan
