From the sky to the ground, watch as we turn ordinary flower beds into so much more with mulch, mulch & more mulch. We will also sprinkle in a few annuals & perennials here & there. Plus we give our old friend Pom Pom Juniper a much needed haircut. The sheer used for the Pom Pom trimming is a HyperTough Sheer Shrubber. 1. I just found your channel and you’re blowing my mind. I absolutely love what you’re doing and I’m green with envy that you’re able to start your own channel. It’s something that I wanted to do myself. My husband encouraged me because I’m an avid gardener myself. I’ll be watching you we’ll talk again love what you’re doing.

  2. The trees! I wonder what they are. I see redbud, Birch, arborvitae, juniper and spruce. And, some others. Can you tell us which cultivars they are, and an quick analysis of how they’re doing for you? So pretty!😮

  3. Love the aerial views which really help one see how areas are connected. Your garden is really lovely. I do wish all the garden channels would post in their descriptions on the home page which planting zones the channel lives in.

  4. Great job! You have a beautiful garden! I Ike the lanterns. They would look nice dotted in random places around the yard. It will give you that repetition and cohesiveness that will tie everything together, just maybe tuck them between shrubs so they don’t stand out so much and they’re not the first thing you see. Professional landscape lighting will be awesome!

  5. The lanterns actually look really good. And I usually don't like stuff like that.

  6. What method did you use when beginning a flower bed where there is currently lawn? I want to create several larger flower beds but the areas are Bermuda grass lawn areas.

  7. Lantern look great. Romantic at nite for you & wife.
We lived in Wichita Ks back in the 90’s while me honey was in the Air Force. Love love the ideas you come up with for your yard.

  8. Wow, your yard is beautiful. I just retired and moved to Florida. I’m learning how to garden with different plants than Midwest plant. I cant imagine how much money you have invested in your yard.

  9. What a gorgeous space. You've done a phenomenal job incorporating and blending the colors/textures/sizes.👏 It's really stunning. I can only imagine what it looks like in fall and winter. 🤩

I just recently found your channel but definitely subscribed now and soon to start a binge session of your content. 😉
