Originally grew this to let it flower but didn’t realize the variety was bolt resistant. Purchased seeds from Sam Diego Seed Company, their seeds typically work great in my zone 10b.

Gorgeous!!! I keep trying to grow fennel every year but i only get the fronds on top- no bulb…and our grocery store is charging $8.99/ pound for fennel!!! Ridiculous!!

What are you going to to with it? I grew a butt ton of fennel this year and no one wants any. I’m not sure what to use it all for
