"A rose by any other name would smell so sweet!"
I am a zone 4b new gardener and would love to add roses but I’m afraid of the Japanese beetles that would find me. So far I haven’t seen a one. Are the roses worth the infestation?
Sunorita
The Collets are always my favorite in your garden!
Thanks Aaron for walking through the arbor and not going around. It made me feel like I was right behind Laura. 😂❤ Thanks to you guys I'm working on transforming a southwestern yard to a small oasis.
I am so jelly. My at last roses don't look anything like yours. I think she doesn't like the area I have her planted in. To scared to move her fearing she won't recover. I did start feeding her with rose tone and fingers crossed she gets the message.
I don’t think you’ve ever done a specific rose tour all these years. I didn’t realize you have so many!
I really like the Colette and Queen of Sweden but the one I KNOW I need to get, my fav, is Sunorita!!! Oh my word!
Glorious…thank you!
Oh so hard to pick a favorite as they are all beautiful!!
❤
My favorite is Sonurita ❤️💐❤️
Oso Easy Italian Ice and Lichfeild Angel for me, for sure.
I love them ALL! The whites and light pinks are my faves💕🤍
Maybe my favorite part:
Laura: "I want to look at every single one (while touching rose after rose)"
(then wistfully) "Can we do that Aaron?"
I love your tour videos!!! I appreciate that you did one for only roses. I love the passion you have for gardening.
The garden is looking fabulously phenomenal right now. Truthfully, I don't have adequate words to express how incredibly gorgeous it is. All your hard work is so apparent!
Roses are so beautiful. I really like them in other people’s gardens. They remind me of my mom and my grandma. I have had them in past places, but I have some kind of allergic reaction to them, I don’t grow them. It’s quite amazing how many you actually have. I like the tea roses the best for the shape of the blooms. 💚💚💚
Ack! That red in the middle of the icebergs. I'm surprised Laura let those stay.
I just love tours, but this rose tour was perfection!!! Thank you!!!!
Take a peak! https://youtu.be/Bu1pa5sc2oE
Beautiful! I love the last one you pointed out in the new rose garden. The color is so pretty!
All of roses are so beautiful, it’s hard to choose a favorite❤❤
So beautiful! Question – how do you make an arrangement with them for in the house and not have the ant issue? We have a rose bush with beautiful blooms, but every time I cut them to display inside, we have ants all over.
Laura this blessed me, I love roses and have such a shaded garden and can’t have many roses but with you saying a rose was only getting a little morning sun makes me think I can plant a couple in one area I have. Oh! It gave me hope, thank you your garden is so beautiful love watching you plant and work in your garden. Thank you
Loved them all, I can't say there were any I didn't love but like any flower it is picking the right one for the spot and what you pair it with. Some day I would love to do a rose garden with maybe a tall fence on one side so it can also have climbing roses.
My favorite if I had to pick would be the Ambridge and the Italian ice!🌹🌹 they are all so beautiful
Laura, what if you move some of the iceberg climbers out to the big arbor in the south garden?
