Hey all, I live in zone 11b and I’ve been taking care of these guys but they’re not doing well, I’d really appreciate any insight you might have. Here’s a quick summary of my situation:

Amended soil with sulphur and pine.
Transplanted 3 different species of Blueberry from pots to ground in March.
2 I’ve had since autumn, then had leaves, lost in winter, have not woken up but are alive.
1 was bought healthy in spring but after transplant lost leaves/buds turned red.
Watered regularly with mostly rainwater, lightly fertilized about once per month.

I’m not really surprised with some transplant shock and I know the soil acidification takes time but I’d hoped they’d at least regrow leaves and get abit established this season, recently one of the stems is blackening (should I remove that?)

In general I’m wondering should I keep being patient, take action or start over?

For comparison my raspberry and blackberry were planted at the same time, also lost all leaves but bounced back.

Thanks for any help.
