The website doesn’t look bad for prices. Similar to landwatch.com, but with Community had less filter options and landwatch has 63 listings for the area I searched (Monroe, Indiana) whereas Community had just 1 listing. The land was listed at the same price on both webpages.

You’re better off using an MLS search through a real estate company website that works in the region you are looking in.
