I went big box store plant shopping and filmed at 3 different locations today. I filmed at Home Depot first, then went to Walmart and then Lowe’s. I found the new silver streak pothos from Costa farms and also big pots of ficus tineke for $15.98

    I've been really disappointed in my few plant shopping excursions this Spring. Seems nothing new. In my hometown I only have Walmart & their plants are always horrible. Lowe's nor Home Depot have been great this year. Might have to order some plants online. Thanks for the tours.

    I found a white knight and the amplisima silver stripe and got both of them. Both from Home Depot. Lowes had a new shipment in but it wasn’t unpacked. Still looking for a hoya wayetti

    I saw some silver streaks at my Home Depot that had one or two really long vines with long internodal spacing. Didn’t like how they grow so I passed.

    Good job for passing. I have picked up a few plants before because they were “new” and then later, I think why did I buy this plant? From now on, if I don’t LOVE it, I’m passing. If it doesn’t stand out, I don’t need it. Lol. Now I have plants I need to sell or something, but I’m too lazy to bother with all that…

    If you have an iPhone, you can take a pic and then go into your google photos and click the lens icon at the bottom and it will take you to a google search and name the plant for you 😊😊😊

    Damn the Epipremnum Ampysimum silver! I just ordered a silver and an aurea recently, I think the leaves are so cool. But definitely paid more than big box prices 🫠 would love more of these shopping at big box and local nursery videos! ❤

    There in your place you have these big depot Wallmart,there are more choices of tropical plants there than here in Belgium..
    The stomanthe calalathea I have a huge 1😊 its already 21 years old,I repotted it already to a biggest pot that fits in our kitchen,I love calathea's they are happy in our kitchen😊
    The scindapsus ohh I wish I could buy that one,but I can only buy them online😊 can not find them in garden centers here..😊

    Thanks for taking us along. Big box stores here usually are 9 out of 10 times the same old same old. I would’ve caved for the neon philodendron in the animal planter. Too cute!
