A spot in my heart dies when Youtubers I have loved watching and learning from turn into product pushers and try to make it seem casual in their videos. I don't like real life being turned into a commercial. I'd rather see a blurp that does the "sponsored by" bit.
I don't blame people for wanting/needing an income. Just admit it's a commercial.

This was a cool video to watch. I often wonder about what goes on behind the scenes and this was a fun and well shot look.
Lots of people drink coffee in the morning. It’s proven to reduce the oxygen to you Brain by up to 40% within the the first 20 minutes. Which means you do stupid things quicker.
Greetings from New Zealand. I have noticed a trend with a lot of the garden channels. They start out with the small home garden, which is so great for all us tens of thousands of small home gardeners. But then they move on to large permaculture blocks, lifestyle blocks, orchards or vinyards, homesteads, or semi-commercial level blocks, and all the small home garden stuff starts to drop off, and eventually stop altogether. It is a real blow for all us tens of thousands of small home gardeners that will never be able to, or even want to, move on to large properties and large scales.
Over the past few years I have subscribed to, then eventually unsubscribed from, well over a dozen gardening channels because of this. When the channels move on to "bigger and better," we small home gardeners get left behind, as a lot of it is no longer relevant to the small scale home gardener. Some of it is, yes, but most isn't, and what is the point of staying with a channel if less than ten percent of the new content coming out is relevent to your situation? I'm really hoping this channel doesn't go the same way, but I can already see it starting to happen. I have really enjoyed my time here with this channel though, and I certainly wish you well, Huw, in your new endeavors 😊
As for the sponsership issue (I see quite a number of comments on it), a lot channels do sponsership things, and I think most people understand and accept that. I don't think it was the sponsorship itself that was the issue, it was the fact that rather than a plug for the sponser in the video, almost the entire eight minute video was a plug, I think that is what mostly irked people.

Big fan of this channel and I’ve purchased Huw’s products to support him. This video was disappointing though. I don’t mind product promotion but this was an 8 minute laptop commercial.
Huw, Thank you for this video. It was quite interesting. The audio levels on this video were all over the map, had to keep turning the volume up and down to hear you or to keep my ears from being hurt. Is there a way to possibly even them out please?
