recently brought one of these and really disappointed with the quality and fit putting it together was a really pain getting it square and minimizing wear :/
Great idea! I have a large Gardner rolling table and you can see in my latest video that my rolling table slides around a bit when I’m rolling. Not a huge problem but a bit annoying!
Just assembled an 18mm giant baitmaster, not used it yet, but I noticed the top table dosn't seem to move freely, it seems to catch alot on the joins? Have I assembled it right ??

The clicking kills me used to use them years ago but onto Shilham tables now I know alot more cash but nice

Thanks for this, I have 2 large Gardner tables and it’s also annoyed me how much they slip around when rolling so will do this mod for sure!

Just get some c.t 1 seal and gab, and stick it down, save that prelava, it will never move,

Trying to find somewhere which will sell you sheets of 20mm thick OSB3 or chipboard like yours is like looking for rocking horse poo 🙁
