  1. This was so interesting. Enjoyed seeing you prep all your wonderful projects. Please be sure to do updates throughout the season.

  2. Love these types of videos! Too bad we aren’t neighbors I’d be out there helping you!

  3. Hey love this video! By the way I also write with left hand but do most everything else with my right

  4. Another great video! Excited to see the update just dropped! Can’t wait to see how the frog situation develops!

  5. What a lucky day for those little frog babies. From a highway ditch to Froggy paradise, just waiting for them to be born. 💚

  6. Bird houses must face the southEast so the northwest winds are hitting the back of the birdhouse, otherwise birds won’t use the house. What direction is your birdhouse facing?

  7. Looks like moles definitely. We got mole crickets and they that exactly just on a smaller scale lol

  8. We have been trying to save the tree frogs here for over 2 decades. They lay in a puddle in the road and a neighbor finally filled it in. We keep a couple of kiddie pools out for them now. We have so many in one it almost looks black in the bottom. We have several types of frogs though so I am sure the larger ones feast on the smaller ones.

  9. ooh thanks for saving the eggs! hope they hatch nice and smooth!
we have ticks here too and they're the worst. they're constantly on the cat and i have to keep the lawn short so that they won't spread as much. when i still had mantids (i have videos of them on my channel if you're interested) i fed ticks to them once and even they wouldn't eat them!
the drought is terrible over here in germland too. last year was so bad the water levels of really big rivers like the rhine and main really went down a lot and we weren't allowed to use up too much water >__<

  10. I live in northern Canada and I get them markings all over my lawn every few years and here they are voles . Look like a mouse with a shorter tale . Half mole half mouse I believe

  11. if the pot you put the tulips in is actually an old Jack Daniel's barrel and not just a random half-barrel someone put a JD Sticker on, it probably isn't cedar but rather white oak. cedar would make the whisky taste horrid

  12. Is that an old jack Daniels barrel? Those are gold for grilling/ smoking. Also hope you are going to use that peach tree to smoke some items.

  13. I just moved into some acres and I’m from the city coming now born but came from the city there is a difference. I was raising fish in my pond and the first week I was here a raccoon or eagle
Came and got them so this year I’m going to build my own cover .

  14. Saving frogs lives…that is why we love you Post 10…you have a good kind heart.
Make sure to cover you frog tanks with some dry grasses in spots so the tadpoles have some place to hide so they don't get picked off by other animals.
You can actually save your dads statue…take "liquid nails" buy at home depot etc and squeeze/push into the cracks. Let it dry and paint the statue. Liquid Nails the original works really well. I used it when my concrete bird bath top cracked in half 6 years ago. I still has held together perfectly. I would be a shame to throw it away.

  15. Very interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the video! It took me back to my childhood. We lived close to some railroad tracks that had ditches that would generally fill to a foot to 18" deep in the spring. My dad, my brother, and I used to keep an eye on the ditches and used to play rescue to the tadpoles when the ditches started drying out. We would bring them home and put them in a rain water filled kids swimming pool along with some of the muck and grass from the ditch. They always seemed to do okay. I remember our side yard was so over run by frogs one year, we actually held off mowing as to not harm the frogs.

  16. I so enjoyed watching. Love watching your projects. Please keep us updated. Excellent video 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  17. God👍 should you feed the frog fry when the eggs hatch? Because there is no natural food in the pond for them?

  18. I love all of your creative ideas and protection of the environment…..you’re such a hard working knowledgeable man….. thank you again for your great videos and advice 🏆🏆🏆

  19. Post, so glad you gave yourself this opportunity to have such a wonderful garden and forest area, It's going to be so great for you. My Grandparents had a really healthy vegetable patch for several decades, and I hope the same for you. Thanks on the frog's behalf, they will have a chance due to you!

  20. Love how compassionate you are to all creatures great and small. More people should live and learn your philosophy on nature. Thank you.

  21. You are a wealth of practical knowledge. And I love how you repurpose stuff. You find creative ways to reuse things you have so you don’t waste. Thanks for explaining everything so clearly.

  22. The bird feeder on the wobbly pole should be capped. If a mouse or chipmunk went in headfirst it wouldn’t be able to get out.
