Today we’re getting a site tour of Lamphear’s Lawn Services in Medina, Ohio, and holy cow, this place is awesome! These guys have almost 30+ lawn and landscaping crews that go out daily from their mega-sized headquarters and have been at it for more than two decades!

Kory gave us a full site walk-through, including the office spaces and inside shop tour, and highlighted their multiple-acre compost yard where they recycle all their material. It’s incredible to see how they have everything in-house, in their own yard, which increases productivity and profitability.
