    I have my slips growing now. I love the purple Japanese sweet potatoes. Also the Korean sweet potatoes are great if you haven’t tried them. They are reddish purple on the outside but white inside.

    I would take S many of those sweet potato leaves as possible and dry to use as a protein powder. They have such a high protine content it's amazing.

    I grew Ohenry white flesh sweet potatoes they were the best I ever ate and they come up every year in that bed now! I also put out okinowan purple under my bananas as a mulch not quite as yummy but still good!
