Welcome to this video on creating a table top houseplant display! Today, we’ll be using an antique-style garden iron table to showcase an indoor garden arrangement of 16 plants.
I’ve been growing these plants in Germany for years, so I know they’re perfect for indoor growing in European climates. They’re all easy to take care of and none of them are high-maintenance drama queens like Alocasia or Marantha.
Step 1: Prepping the Table
First things first, we need to prepare our garden iron table for our plant babies. Give it a good cleaning and make sure it’s nice and dry before placing any plants on it. And don’t forget to pick a spot with plenty of light so your plants can thrive.
Step 2: Choosing Your Plants
I picked a variety of easy-to-care-for plants that are perfect for indoor growing in Europe. Some of them are even compact to fit perfectly in our display.
Step 3: Arranging Your Plants
Now comes the fun part – arranging your plants on the garden iron table. Start by placing your taller plants towards the back and the smaller ones towards the front. Think about each plant’s height and shape to make sure your display is visually appealing and well-balanced.
