I am building a lean-to greenhouse and am torn between the corrugated vs double wall poly.
I am in 6a (-10 to -5 °F/-23.3 to -20.6 °C) and would like to be able to keep plants alive and growing over winter.
The north wall of the greenhouse will be my garages south wall, which I plan on insulating for added heat retention, as well as the first 2 feet of the greenhouse to be insulated wood.
But – does the multi-wall poly (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Sunlite-0-31-in-T-x-48-in-W-x-24-in-L-Clear-Polycarbonate-Sheet/1000578031) really help retain the heat better than the corrugated (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Suntuf-26-in-x-8-ft-Polycarbonate-Roofing-Panel-in-Clear-101697/100021329)? Cost is a big factor – but if I have to use electric heaters in winter with corrugates vs maybe not is multi-wall, they win out even though have a higher starting cost.
Anyone have any experience with them that could help me with a decision? Greenhouse will be 10ft wide, 20ft long.

You need multi layer if you want to keep things alive over winter. It will also need to be heated during cold nights.
Get the double-wall or triple-wall. Better heat retention in the winter will probably pay for itself in energy savings the first winter. Better hail protection also.
