    Hi Josie! Love your vlogs! You keep me company while I work from home. I've been wanted to tell you that I suspect that your baking doesn't come out right because you are using your beloved Thermomix. I think you may be overworking the batters, since the Thermomix is more of a blender than a mixer. I'm not sure if you have room for another kitchen gadget, but I swear by my KitchenAid mixer. It also has a lot of great attachments (pasta maker, meat grinder, ice shaver, etc) that Charlie might enjoy, and I'm sure your baking would be much improved. 🙂 xxA

    Everything Comes back too quickly : the vegetables garden, the flowers along the walls of the house, the trees at the back of the garden. Charlie who prepares delicious dishes such as Mc & cheese 😋 OMG I fell in the house oh Happiness 🤩 the house of Josie and Charlie and their two boys 💖😘✨

    Dear Josie, I have a friend who grows loads of herbs like you, and lavender. She dries most of it on trays inside the house. Whenever she visits she gifts dried herbs in separate containers and satchets to people! I cant tell you,how I love this, as she provides me with oregano,mint etc for cooking and lavender satchets to place in drawers and cupboars with clothing!! Worth considering,since you also love gifting?😊
