I Wish I could move forward with spring .. we had some nice days, snow (couple feet) mostly melted and a Colorado low came through last night and dropped 2” of snow 😂

So funny, my Danny is all about the Ryobi brand too. We have the same power washer. Your porch looks beautiful, I love it. I can't wait to do our but we have a mahogany floor and some boards need to be replaced and stained first. Ours is a huge 80' wrap around which is lovely but it's also lots of work. The trex looks like a much easier option, I'm jealous. Danny just wanted a real mahogany porch floor. All of our railings are vinyl and so easy. Enjoy your lovely porch! ❤️
