Do u guys mow small lawns with a walk mower, and if so whats ur minimum for mow edging and blowing. If u don't can u tell me what minimum I should charge for a small lawn? Thank u guys

Timing jobs was something that I really struggled with when starting out. I only knew it took 20 minutes to push mow my lawn at 2200sq ft, I had no idea how long it would take to cut an acre or more with a stand-on mower. I lost a few good bids with the "$100 an acre" price that everyone talks about, not knowing I could fly through a 3-acre smooth field in under an hour.
I now have a spreadsheet with "mow times per square feet" that I use as a starting price, then add to depending on the trimming. I would have paid for that when starting out, and unfortunately, none of the youtube guys' landscape courses have something like that.
