How to grow mint from store bought mint?
Take some healthy stems, remove all the bottom leaves. Keep two leaves at the top and cut off the top as well
Keep 4-5 inches of length and cut off extra from the bottom. Cut below the node when you removed leaves from.
Take some water in a cup or vase. Put the stems inside make sure one or two nodes are inside in the water
Change water once a week. Discard any brown or mushy stems
Once they have about two inches of roots, you can plant them in soil.
Pinch the tops and it will keep branching out.
Once it’s warm outside you can move it outside or plant it in the ground as well. It will come back every year.
