  1. Praise God! May Ivan be able to heal from this injustice and live the rest of his life peacefully. Amen 🙏

  2. This kind of thing could relatively easily be prevented: make a new law that prosecutors and judges will face ten years in jail for criminal negligence, if they send someone down in error. Trust me, the term “beyond reasonable doubt” would take on a completely different meaning. But for now, it is just ticking a box, never mind that the lives of innocent people are being ruined…..

  3. 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🕊 I'm so overwhelmed ❤
I can't handle it . Congrats and finally someone is stepping up to help this man.
I hope he sees my comments when he gets out of jail and becomes rich for wrongful imprisonment.

  4. If there is even the slightest chance of him being innocent then yes, stay the execution until all possible arguments can be heard. I don’t understand why this didn’t occur at the trial? The person who recanted his statement should be arrested and put in prison. What if the defendant is innocent? That statement could have sent an innocent man to his death and already took his freedom!

  5. Look … I want executions for all kinds of crimes like the cowboy days but if this man is innocent this makes me upset and I want him outta there and compensated greatly…. but if he is guilty well WE MUST DO KNOW HARM

  6. About damn time we the people need to know that the courts can be very Corrupt.

  7. This is the reason that the death penalty shouldn't exist. At least if someone is wrongfully convicted due to corruption or laziness if police, or a witness who identifies the wrong person etc. You can't bring them back to life. You can, however, release a wrongly convicted person and compensate them. There is so much corruption that I would never be sure I was believing lies of LE or witnesses pressured to lie. You cannot trust Law Enforcement not to try the wrong person.

  8. It's the USA, you're entitled to as much justice as you can afford.

  9. Beyond a reasonable doubt is prerequisite for conviction in the first place. Let's stop this judicial malpractice.

  10. I bet many people were excited to see this guy executed. People always think the court gets it right. This ain't the first innocent and won't be the last. Too many to count.

  11. He did it …these case are advocate against the death penalty…if that can get one off death row..They have great success

  12. Prove it or disprove it but you don't kill him until you get it figured out and make sure you get it straight!!!!

  13. 😮 OMG so he's been in prison for 23 years. How many more people are rotting in prison for other people's crimes? This is horrible.

  14. I didn’t hear anything that proves that he didn’t do it. Neither one of the revelations doesn’t prove that the didn’t do it.

  15. IF HE IS INNOCENT, HOW WAS THE BLOOD EVIDENCE FOUND IN HIS APARTMENT?
I'M ALL FOR GETTING JUSTICE & I HOPE WHICHEVER WAY THE TABLE TURNS, IT TURNS THE RIGHT WAY ONCE & FOR ALL.

  16. Okay, I get that he didn't get a fair trial. But does that make him innocent? Does this shine a light on who might really have committed the murder? They definitely need to stay the execution, but more investigating needs to happen.

  17. Here in Texas they don't care if they messed up a case like this. They the State will never admit or put face because they say there word is gold and right! WRONG! AND JUST THINK OF HOW MANY MORE WERE INNOCENT AND WERE STILL EXECUTED! 😳👎

  18. I know the mother of the finance that was murdered Amy kitchen.. she has been struggling with this.. she is 76 years old and is in this Hospital right now.. I’m pretty sure this has been kept from her for her well being.. but when she finds out I pray that she make it through her devastation!!

  19. then how did his prints get on the gun? who owned that gun? and bloody clothes?
how is this man not guilty? he def did it

  20. The police don't care if you are guilty. They are going to get whoever seems easiest and more often than not it will be someone that has nothing to do with the crime.
