Не рациональное использование земли – слишком широкие дорожки. Высокие грядки, это не просто земля в ящике. Сначала копается яма где то 40см глубиной, дно устилается мелкими ветками, потом зеленая трава и засыпается улучшеной землей. Выкопанная земля перемешивается с песком, торфом, золой, навозом и всем полезным что найдется на ферме. Это тяжелый но эффективный труд – на себе проверял.
