This week we are back on the road to start our van life UK adventure. Before we can really get going though, there’s some necessary electrical upgrades to be completed on the micro camper. We take Lous mum and head off wild camping our way towards Hereford, but as always, there’s always something, a gas leak, a minor crash and some repairs on the road are in order this week!

    Instead of using tomato puree, try using Pesto. You can make your own or buy it, both are good. I thinly sliced ham with scissors, cheese, pesto, mushrooms and small pieces of pineapple. Delish.

    Gas leaks are always a worry. We always turn the gas and water pump off when traveling just to be safe. Envying you coming into summer from down here in New Zealand. Think mum is great 👍👌

    Here is a fun fact. Bridges that carry water are called aquaducts. I have travelled that canal on a narrowboat on a holiday. Its pretty scarry the first time you cross but such an amazing view.

    As a film maker of your calibre, you missed an opportunity. Tilly could have been renamed Willy for the day, which you could then have staged an accident where fanny backed up onto Willy, you was distracted by all the other willys at your usual dogging spot, resulting in a grazed fanny from willy. You are welcome 😂

    Calor gas is heavier than air so it will fall to a lower position that’s why it’s so dangerous. That’s why a habitation check or a calor gas engineer check should be done at least once a year!

    What you like, you damaged ya fanny, bunged up ya holes, left a fanny mark on a post, and to top it off.. let some gas out… Jebus 😂😂 keep on keeping on.. love Max and his build, not seen it yet.. such a good guy.. damm to be young and that talented..

    Top tip for pizza in the ridge monkey.. put it on the heat without anything in and get it hot and I mean hot 🔥 flip the monkey over.. open up, throw le pizza in and let it cook.. top cooks cause the heat already in the lid.. bottoms cooks the bottom as it heats up..

    Hi Emily, if Louise is within shouting distance tell her that she’s a lucky girl to have Joanie – Joanie is cool and it looks like Tilley’s turning out ok as well. Great vid this week. I hope those are some fancy boots you bought for that price! You do seem to find park ups at both ends of the social spectrum…… That Max guy is a bit of a dude, great van.     Am I the only one slightly disappointed at the lack of dogging content in this video? 😂 We've got a 2020 van and you are right the constant upgrade and repairs! Currently fitting a new bigger battery and a 5G antenna and router. I feel bad for you Lou reversing into that post, we were in Looe a few years ago and As we turned a sharp corner I as a passenger helpfully shouted "Look out for the rock!" Driver "What rock?" As we beached our van on it… The whole of Looe saw!

    Great tip about Go Outdoors – thanks! I've just bought an Ecoflow River 2 Max, via their website. I filled in all the checkout details up to payment then closed the page down.     I have binge watched you guys over the weekend (last) and still trying to get through all of the other vids. Respect to you both. I live and work in Russia, I am British, and probably gonna buy a van and fit it out ready for a summer tour of Europe and UK Quick question, your van looks cool, it money wasn't an issue, which van would you buy (normal van not converted) it will be me and my 3 boys, (6yrs, 14yrs nd 18 yrs), keep up the great work, you are inspiring and I love ya both.

    Louise, I think you’ve put that door handle on wrong. It should be in line with the door when not being pulled. It needs turning 90 degrees. Let Emily do the repairs in future 😂.

    Hiya guys
    Never use asking liquid to test on fitting for checking gas leaks, as it will give you false results sometimes. Better off getting LDF spray from screwfix or toolstation to test or get someone qualified to test it. I’ve seen some people use washing liquid like you and it’s given them false results and cause damage. I’m a gas engineer and electrician so please be careful. Great video tho as alaways
