For 5 mil, literally no privacy though with that large highway like road literally did smack at the front of the home. Everyone driving up and down that road will know where you live so no privacy there, with that there will always be the possibility of being robbed or watched. In addition, there will be issues and concerns with possible car accidents on that large road that may also damage the home. That large road will obviously impact everything.

The area is congested, traffic and visitors all the time, lack of privacy, noisy atmosphere….water tide a big concern…..over priced
