    I'm always disappointed with my carrots and parsnips. I must try your method next year and so I'll be eating plenty of yoghurt and drinking pop between now and then!!!

    Nice carrots. I dug mine up in the autumn and stored them in tubs of compost in the poly tunnel – all turned to mush in the big freeze. Have you ever used nematodes against carrot root fly?

    Terry uses his bog brush drill to have a good old clean up. He particularly enjoys the action of the bristles!

    Good video Terry, handy tips for everyone there. Can't believe how much coir you get that's been dumped, it's a godsend to you. I use the same methods as you for carrots and parsnips but in the absence of coir I use sharp sand and soil.

    Lovely work I am not doing parsnips this year but I would love some big carrots 🥕. I had great crops 2 years ago but last year cabbage whites got to my carrots. This year they are in a cage 💪💪. Getting slowly warmer here 😂 sun and rain today 3 times 🤷‍♀️. Have a fab week Mr K, Ali 🇨🇦

    You mentioned at the 17 mark that the carrot seeds didn't look that good. What do you mean by that ?
    The drill is for you to clean your parsnip for Mrs K to enjoy 😉
