This garden was a dumping ground for many years and was so neglected it’s going to take as many years to make this my dream garden of Eden. I made a challenge for myself to work in the garden everyday for a month and this video is the result. A few fun things I did during the month was to make a dead hedge/fence, build a high tunnel green house for propagating and sowing perennials and starting my first batch of propagated plants – black- and red currant bushes.

I am also revealing my vision for the garden of 4000 m2 and plans for the future.

I made the content for Instagram so unfortunately there are a lot of still photos and some were only shot in portrait format and made with my phone and therefore not as high quality as they could be, but I hope you can still enjoy it 🙂 I just didn’t think I would make this into a vlog, but I think the result of my work was too good not to share on this platform.

  1. Have you considered aquaponics? I think it would be really cool to have fish on the property, and you could have the plants sustain themselves off the fish and create a complete ecological system for your garden. Will be tough if you're winters are harsh though. Best of luck with your garden!
