These herbs are are in many parts of the Caribbean /west indies taste very good with milk especially fresh cow milk

I have the plant in my yard and along the fence side.I thought it was a poison bush
I enjoy the yellow and pink variety. Each color or variety have a different taste to me. I love using the leaves, young stem and flowers to make my tea. I mix it with 2 thumb size peices of ginger plus a pieces of cinnamon when making my tea. It's delicious with lemon or with cream. Try some and enjoy. It's medicinal benefits are numerous as she's said. Thanks for the information. Have been using it for years.
