This was an amazing video. Your garden is beautiful. We have 5.5 depleted acres we have been trying to heal for the last 11 years in the mountains of w. maryland USA. It is finally on its was but your video gives us inspiration of what more we can do with it. Wondered if you had problems with humidity and what zone are you in..if Ireland has zones like USA..not sure. You have also introduced us to currants. We know nothing about them and are not sure they will even grow on our land but are going to try. We seem to share the love of many plants..who can't love nasturtium and calendula? Thanks so much for the tour. Suzanne and Paul

Beautiful as always Colette! I do the same thing with Nastartium, eat the leaves and flower in salad and lacto ferment the seed pods.
And it's so easy to grow…all these just came up in the compost I spread. One of the benefits of cold composting!
Your garden is just breathtakingly beautiful! what do you do with all those pounds of black currants?
If you visit the Bealtaine Cottage blog you will see…wine, cordial, chutney, jam, jellies and on and on…I love Blackcurrants!
I love your videos. Heaven on earth.
Thank you X
