  1. This is one of the most beautiful things I have seen on Youtube. I so much wish to have a similar garden here in the USA.
I have been to Japan only twice and I can say that Japanese gardens are the most beautiful. So many great features in a small space is what is so impressive about the work you have done.

  2. Я в восхищении. Каждый объект работы как произведение исскуства. Браво. А еще нравится обувь, в которую обуты мастера. Хочу такие же )))

  3. A very beautiful garden and you did a really good documentation from beginning till the end! I'm very impressed how every kind of material perfectly fits together!
I hope you make much more videos like this! Many regards from germany!🤗

  4. Yeay, finally is done!! Congrats! This is such beautiful garden with the details. Can't wait next project 🌱

  5. Your duty and diligence to capturing the essence of these gardens is astounding thank you for capturing these moments so that the art is not lost

  6. This project has inspired me to to a rammed earth fire pit in the spring. Thnk you for filming such a beautiful form of art!

  7. The only thing I can say is Thank you guys, you are awesome and you give so much Inspiration to me. I rebuild my garden since 2019 in a japanese garden and you inspired me with every Video.
If I watch your japanese garden TV I dive into another World and forget the whole problems with corona and so on.Thank you very much and best regards from germany !

  8. Fantastic work. The Garten and the filming part is extremely well done. Thanks for bringing this unique craftsmanship to the world.

  9. Wow luar biasa !!!! Terlalu indah!
Aku jadi ingin punya taman seperti itu

  10. These craftsmen gardeners in Japan are among the best on our planet.
The recording/videography is so patient and unobtrusive, so it is remarkable to be very close and see their hands and feet at work.
A work of art and inspiration on many levels for me.
The wall, thatched roof, curved Bamboo fence, water basins, planting, the many details on the ground and in the pruning.
This project is an encyclopaedia of Japanese garden craft.
I say this as a professional gardener working full-time in Japan for 5 years, and I worked in these same conditions.
Truely remarkable to see this recorded to this depth. I remember most the silence – the tools at work have special sounds and it you are doing it well the right sound is heard.

  11. Sublime ! Everything in detail and simplicity. I want to thank you, I’m working in a Japanese style garden in Paris, your videos are a grand source of inspiration for me.

I wish I could have learned your way of working in real !

    Keep going, thank you

  12. Please don't hate my penny thoughts. It's just that the Do-bei wall @ 11:12 looks like a California roadside rest area restroom. Perhaps a recess(es) in the wall for plants or lanterns would've made a difference!? Other than that, I enjoy the entire vlog episodes on Project 42.

  13. What is incredible commitment to Excellence!! but I must say your hand built rammed-earth wall was absolutely exceptional, I like the small 2 to 3-inch lifts, the compaction rate is amazing, simply stunning 😃

  14. I’m glad I found your channel! This was magnificent! I’m going to have a fresh start in my life and for my new place I’d really love to create a small Japanese style garden as my sanctuary. Your videos really inspired me a lot, I wish I can consult with you for a better perspective but I’ll use what I have haha. Thanks a lot for this and I’m looking forward for your next update!

  15. A beautiful work of art, from materials to craftsmanship. Love it❤
