I buy from the American seed company from the dollar store all the time.I don't always have good luck with them.The ones I have good luck with is green peppers, jalapeno peppers, green peppers. just make sure you plant at the right time of the year and the right depth.
sometimes ya might want to try things in your area, i read toothache plant grows in zone 10 but im in zone 9 and its growing fine and it's a pretty cool plant. look it up on you tube, my fiances son said it's better than orajel.

And just an FYI anyone with ebt or snap can purchase food or edible seeds to grow food like as well as seed potatoes or onion starts like found at Walmart. Fruit bushes like raspberries blueberries etc.

You are spreading such disinformation there is no laws saying that new seed must be sold to you. Anyone that buys that product ( that you’re profiting off of) is absolutely stupid. You cannot just plant seeds if you’ve never garden before and expect to actually harvest something that will sustain your life. You are a fear monger and unqualified in everything that you are saying. You are using peoples fear to profit and that makes you a evil human being.
Do not put seeds in Mylar bags!!!!!!!! Yes keep them in the seed packets!!!! You people need to actually listen to somebody that knows what they’re talking about the research the topic and stop listening to this woman.
DIY sturdy greenhouse
Dollar Tree seed by American Seed last year were terrible. The box style ones also by American were filled with filler and barely any (maybe 5 seeds). Just go to Walmart or Home Depot type store for more dependable seeds.
Honestly I have tried seeds from Dollar Tree and they've been aweful. The seeds that I purchased must have got cross pollinated because they turned out very strange. The flowers did ok, but vegetables… no. I'm sticking with home improvement stores and seed catalogs.
No seeds at our Dollar Tree. (SoCal). Almost no gardening supplies at all. Will check back later.
