We are looking down the gun barrel, planting crops might be a waste of time if you got fallout.
Thanks Kris, this was good info and learned some things I didn't know before. Lots of info presented effectively.

,
Is this the South African April?
Here In Louisiana we plan potatoes
In February, after harvesting you can either replant more or plant another vegetable and it stay.
Thank you
nice
Good video…but unfortunately, we still have LOTS of snow…it may be Labor day before we can plant most things outside. We have started onions & herbs, etc. in our grow room with grow lights & fans. We will probably start tomatoes & peppers inside in a couple weeks. Our seed potatoes are hiding in our cellar. My husband & I are both Master Gardeners & Master Preserver Mentors. We will be having discussions with local groups in the next few weeks. Everyone is wanting to get outside & plant their gardens. Sometimes, it is hard to wait, but up here in the north, we must!
Growing all of the above……
There are so many inaccurate things said in this video. So many things that vary by location and variety. Just way to broad topic to say this is how with no real info. And fyi tomato hairs don’t turn into roots that not how it works.
Happy Spring 🌱 Happy planting!
What zone is this?
Last Frost Date is May 15 here in zone 7.
Mmmmmm, veggies.
Just till up my garden and I found more potatoes in the ground plan to plant some more soon cause the soil is fully ready
Going to put some note in the ground soon nice I love it
Sweet potatoes actually store much longer and easier than regular potatoes
Ive got some stevia plants growing 🙂 A nice sugar substitute. you can just grind the leaves to a powder and use it as a sweetener.
Great video just started getting into growing food thank you.
You can also eat squash flowers btw.
plants are bad for humans do some research you will not prove me wrong.
Did I miss what gardening zone you are in? Would be good to know.
Zone 7b, we plant potatoes April-may and the first ones are ready in early July.
Can only grow n containers. Extremely limited space. Any advice?
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Potatoes are not frost tolerant
Peppers? You don't live in Michigan
lol "Germination Station sounds cooler than Plant Roommates…
My bedroom is extra small, less than 10×10 and I have a 2×2 and 3×3 grow tent set up.
keeping my tropical plants safe for the winter… and germinating tons of Tomatoes.
the hairs don't turn to roots. the white nodules that appear where it's wet turn into roots. The hairs are trichomes
Regarding zucchini, do not wait to produce very large zucchini. The plant will yield a lot more overall if harvested regularly when compared harvesting fewer larger ones. Zucchini also freezes very well so pick them regularly.
Love the part about randomly growing carrot Tops all over the place not in rows.
Is this for northern or Southern Hemisphere
This is for north in spring
You are giving info only for southern areas . this needs to be pointed out . Will not work in other areas.
I like the info, but the "get these in the ground in April" idea only works if you're in the same growing zone or climate.
Nice video, Thank you for sharing!!
Of course it matters where you live. Anchorage AK is still snowing. However, I do have seeds in for tomato plants.
My garden is still under 2 feet of snow, we don’t plant potatoes until mid to late may and that still gives enough time to grow and mature before freeze up
I thought you can’t Plant potatoes in the same area but you’re talking about letting patches grow year after year is that sustainable?
"Vegetables You Need To Plant In April 2023" ???
You spelled NOVEMBER wrong when it comes to garlic. If you plant garlic in the spring, you won't get a harvest at all that year. You need to plant the previous fall.
You forgot opium poppies. Pain medicine is always important to have on hand.
I would pass on squash and lettuce if you have limited space or time.. the amount of space they take up doesn't justify what they give in return, they both score very low on the Agrigate Nutrient Density Index "ANDI" also both of them are not energy foods, if all you had to eat was squash and lettuce… just look a vegan, you know what I mean.
Would be a good info to mention your growing zone. Last frost date for where I live is mid may. Great video, worth my sub! 👊🏻👏🏻
Thank you thank you🙏🏽
