  1. You should of left the color the way it was on the greenhouse now you made more work for yourself.
What kind of covering mesh you know that to keep flies away from onions please post the link thanks.

  2. If you are new to Gary’s channel. Subscribe to it. You won’t be sorry. I’m 52 & I’ve learned so much over the last 6 yrs or so from him. He changed how I garden for the better. And now I have my own grow room that has produced well this year❗️

  3. I watched your video yesterday on Dandelions , People in Pa. will make a sauce or gravy not sure what it's called, but they use bacon grease, bacon and a couple other items and pour it over the greens. I love bacon but was not a big fan of that.

  4. Last year I planted giant marigolds they grew 4ft. In-between my Cherry tomato plants I only got 1 tomato worm. But every day rub the marigolds then they smell strong. I grow more flowers next year I will have a huge rack 24x72x74 with 5 shelves. Plants and accessories. 4th year growing. Ohio zone 6 by the lake.

  5. WOW and what a concept and having a garden and having to work. Do they ever think of the positive rewards from the crops that are produced? Anyhow Thank You for the unexpected video and enjoy your Easter Sunday!

  6. Goes to show you don't need a perfect weed free garden, unless you are that kind of person. Get started now, plan it out, see the vision and get 'er done.
Nothing says delicious like fresh home grown veggies and herbs.

  7. I lost a whole Greenstalk of strawberries this winter that had been growing fine for a couple of years. Some of the same kind were in window boxes near the house and they came back fine.

  8. I haven't had to powder my potatoes for the last three years. Had some mammoth dill come up volunteer and nothing bothered the potatoes. So now I just do it every year.

  9. If I plant my potatoes now, but cover the greenery with row covers if there is another frost, they should be ok, right?

  10. Do you think 4 banana/pepperoncini/garden salsa peppers will do ok in a 18 gallon pot? If I can keep up with the water and fertilizer…

  11. I put an exhaust fan on my hoop house. I went out of town and put one in my grow tent so I splurged because the ducting and duct covers came in two packs anyways. I love it. Have everything on Yo Link smart Hub. If it gets too hot or humid the heat mats and Xmas lights turn off and the exhaust fan kicks on and so on. I know you have all those cool cold frames and I would too if I had space though. Have room for only one.
I did get a case of plastic Cloches from dollar tree. Pro tip. Lemon essential oil dissolves sticker adhesive. Dab it on the sticker dry. Leave for 10 min. Better than goo gone. It doesn't get sticky and gooey. It's awesome.
I also got a case of the wire waste baskets from dollar tree for wire Cloches. Gonna decorate them with cool knobs. Decoupage some I think.

  12. I do a mix of marigolds and basil around tomatoes. Last year I missed around one of the tomatoes with that style of planting and 2s pulling nothing less than 11 hornworms per day. The others got maybe 3 max per plant, once I removed them I never got anymore.

  13. Gary…. You are the best encouragement and help to me ….. iam in zone 7 too. Have been watching you for some time and I always learn something from you. I also get encouragement !! Thank you so much !! It’s so nice to have these videos to go over and over when I forget what you said 😂!!! I’ve been a bit weary as iam starting all over as I moved from the garden I worked many years on which was so nice…. But as you said slow and steady makes the garden …. Thanks. I needed that. God bless. !!

  14. Thanks for sharing all the tips and knowledge about gardening. Your videos are both inspiring and motivating 🙂

  15. Great video Gary! I started many of my pepper plants indoors end of January. I just noticed buds many of the plants and a few have flowers already. The plants are about 6-8 inches tall. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance.

  16. Hey mate. Those blackberries will spread everywhere. The roots run everywhere along, just under the surface, and they will shoot up from the roots. Not really a problem but need to cut the suckers often to keep them contained. Scapes is the word you were thinking of.I hate mind blanks, you know what it is but cant get it out when put on the spot. 😁. Love watching your videos. Great viewing. 👍😁
