  1. My kitchen is rammed with brassicas, beetroot, sweetcorn, and 8 massive courgette plants, onions & tomatoes lol. Just waiting another fortnight or so. We had a light frost last night here in NE England. I’ve been out tidying the garden and greenhouse..little by little. Gonna sow kohl Rabi and romanesco this week too. 🐝🐝🐝🌺🌺🌺

  2. My Tetatete Daffidols are going over having been out flowering this past 5 weeks and that is 120 feet above the ground on a balcony in a tub with dead roses , left to their own devices so perfectly hardy. My Lettuce is startting to appear in round tubs , so all going well, no need to pay for supermarket pricing, as mine are pick and chew .

  3. Hello Emma just watched you discussing slugs and snails. Someone told me to put thin copper wire around your pots as they don't like it. Do you know if this is correct. Loving watching you, thank you

  4. You’re so lovely and enthusiastic- it is only gardening but it’s such fun and good for the soul 😊

  5. I like Sunflowers , they remind me of the South of France, but I’m worried that if i put them in my raised beds they’ll suck up a lot of the nutrients and stop my vegetables thriving.

  6. Find yourself a garden centre where they recycle pots and take some for free I know some QD shops do this so free pots

  7. Hi Emma ,where did you buy your dahlia tubers from ,I'm looking to do a whole bed of them thanks x

  8. The impression I get is that the most effective thing for slugs is beer, but (i) you spend 70p on cheap supermarket lager each day and (ii) to what extent are you attracting slugs from the neighbourhood, rather than just your own.

  9. I did sow my seeds today hoping for the best but don't have a cloche to protect it 😂😢

  10. Great video again, always makes me smile 😊… I'm trying many new things for my new plot… Excited, 😘😘

  11. I pre ordered a few chilli plants before I'd even started sowing seeds just as insurance. My windowsills are full of seedlings and baby plants 🪴

  12. This is hobby healthy lifestyle hope English tea we like to come an evening 🌄 good wishes.

  13. Hello Emma I was just watching a Chinese lady who grows huge amounts of her own food and she was picking the young leaves and tendrils on her pumpkin plants so I looked it up and all parts of the pumpkin are edible seeds leaves shoots and stems

  14. About your last video on beans, do you need to plant Heinz baked beans or can I use a cheaper brand? 😂

  15. Can your pumpkin tunnel support the weight of heavier varieties? I haven’t sown anything yet! But I’ve just put together my cold frame and I’m excited to get going!

  16. My daughter (6 years old) and I planted some sunflowers today and we have taken over our sun room and living room window sills with seedlings. I also have an old mini greenhouse frame indoors to keep yet more seedlings that are waiting to go outside 😊

  17. Lovely vlog as always emma. I live in rural Oxfordshire so sadly the frost can be rough as beast at times. I will try a few tomatoes, i wanted more varieties this year of tomatoes and dahlias, hopefully we won't see too much frost. Have a lovely Bank Holiday weekend.😊

  18. Emma theyre called tromboncini when theyre tiny then trombonchino when theyre big. heeheeheee.
