  1. Love all your videos!! I've enjoyed many of your recipes. I canned the eggplant caponate and is now our favorite and we use it for spaghetti sauce…chile….and use as a salsa and many other uses. Your garden is looking great. Just wanted you to know how much I look forward to your videos!

  2. Your plants look AMAZING!! I suppose planting those onions had to take forever though – good job 😍 my peppers are also taking forever to grow 😅

  3. Wow! You have a lot of underground and above vegetable seedlings! Would you like to plant some apple trees, like Honey Crisp, Gala, or Fuji? Thanks for the sharing your garden tour!

  4. Your seedlings look so good!! It's probably such a good feeling to have all your onions and such transplanted. Sounds like you're in great positioning for the spring garden's next phase.

  5. Everything is starting to grow how exciting. Your chicken are the best lol I got my edamame and wasabi radish thank you. I can't wait to try it soon. I agree, the prices for vegetable are crazy! I did get 2 roma tomatoes for $2 in Walmart. sometimes there are two plants so that was a score. Otherwise I grow everything from seeds.

  6. Your seedlings look amazing! One of my goals is getting a better seedling setup. I have a smaller property so I don’t have a greenhouse and I can’t get a decent indoor setup just yet. I can’t wait to see how your garden looks in a couple of months!

  7. Thanks for sharing! Regarding your broccoli and cabbage…what date to you anticipate harvesting? Brassicas in the spring have been tricky for me (NC, zone 7b) since spring arrives and disappears so quickly into hot summer temps. I started seeds earlier to try to get them out quicker, and hope to have them finished by end of May.
