    Tap a Yellow or White Birch tree in the spring for another kind of tonic. You can make syrup from the Birch sap but it takes so much more sap than Maple. A whole lot more.

  2. I missed the part about dandelion wine! When we were kids the next door neighbor would give us a nickel for a full coffee can of flowers! No green parts allowed!
