Amazon volunteers were hard at work Thursday morning in northeast Baltimore to prepare the Duncan Street Miracle Garden for growing season. The morning started cold with temperatures in the 30s, but that didn’t stop volunteers from kickstarting a city garden that’s vital to the community. “It’s like an ice cream cone in the middle of a desert,” said Harold Madison, president of the New South Clifton Park Community Association.
