  1. Wow you do have it coming up everywhere. That is how chickweed comes up everywhere on my property this time of the year.
I didn't know it could be used for poison ivy, thanks for the information.

  2. Rob, I have this purple dead nettle in quite a few places in my yard. I don’t have any chickens so I think I’m probably going to pull it up and make some compost tea with it. Thanks for sharing this information.🪴

  3. Great points Brother Rob! I’ll definitely be using the ones in my backyard to make more super juice. Thanks for sharing and stay blessed fam!

  4. Like you said about having too much leftover…. I’ve been there and done that! My hens get plenty of that same weed. It’s amazingly prolific and goes to seeds in no time at all. Keep up the good fight! Chickens eat it when I give it to them but pass it up for other greens if I let them out to forage for themselves!

  5. Heyyyyyyy! Good music, good treats—-Makes for good succulent meat, on the dinner table.

  6. Thanks for sharing. Jewel weed usually grows where poison ivy, poison oak, etc grow. It is also a remedy for the itching.

  7. Hey Brother Rob , chickens love black soldier fly larvae ..
I recently discovered Florida pellitory (Parietaria floridana) growing all over my yard. At first, I thought it was a weed, but after further research, I discovered it is an edible herb.
There are so many "weeds" growing in our gardens that have so many uses.
    Thanks for sharing

  8. Hello Rob! Many weeds can be useful plants. There's a lot we don't know, but chickens know a lot about plants! Good luck and health to you and your family🐓🌿🌷💛💙
